As of 2022-2023, eligibility is based on the household income ought not exceeding $105,183 plus $18,514 for each child in the family. This metric will increase to account for inflation.

STUDENT ELIGIBILITY
Students must live in a school district identified as “low-achieving” measured by being at the state’s bottom 15 percent of standardized test scores
