Allen serves as the Development Operations Manager. With a background in the public sector, serving as a policy aide to Senator Rob Portman and Director of Advance for Secretary Betsy DeVos, Allen witnessed firsthand the life-changing benefits school choice can offer to children nationwide, which inspired him to join AFC in 2023.

During the 2022 election cycle, Allen led digital fundraising efforts for numerous U.S. Senate campaigns focusing on persuasion and GOTV efforts. Allen is a 2013 graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Public Finance and Economics. He resides in Washington, D.C., and can be spotted cheering on his beloved Cleveland Browns on fall Sundays.
