Tax Credit Scholarship - Philanthropic Investment in Kids Program
STUDENT ELIGIBILITY
Family income cannot exceed 200% of the federal poverty level ($53,000 for a family of four in 2021-22)
Enrolled in a public school the previous school year, enrolling in an Arkansas school for the first time, or is a previous scholarship recipient
If a student was previously enrolled in another state and was enrolled in an Arkansas private school for less than half the academic year for which their family is applying for a scholarship, they may also be eligible.
Special Needs Voucher - Succeed Scholarship Program
STUDENT ELIGIBILITY
Have been accepted for admission into an eligible private school; and – Have an individualized education program (IEP) in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Act; or
Be a child in foster care; and
Have attended public school for at least one full academic year (a waiver is available and dependents of active-duty military are exempt from this requirement).
