Elisa is the Chief Operating Officer of the American Federation for Children, the nation’s largest school choice advocacy organization. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the school choice space, helping to pass school choice laws in Utah before joining AFC in 2012. Previous roles at AFC included Managing Director of Development and Vice President of Operations. She also previously worked for Career Step, an online job training school. Elisa has a bachelor’s degree with honors in English and a master’s in business administration, both from Brigham Young University.
