Mike Hennessy is the Deputy Director of Digital Strategy for the American Federation or Children. Prior to joining AFC, he was the Deputy Director of Content Strategy at the digital marketing agency IMGE and before that worked at the U.S. House of Representatives.

Mike is a beneficiary of school choice, accessing a scholarship that allowed him to attend college instead of his local public high school during his junior and senior year. This experience opened the door for him to attend and receive his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Dayton.
