My child attends UPA Mark Murray. My daughter has attended this school since kindergarten and is currently in the 4th grade.
Mark Murray has awesome one-on-one learning. The classrooms aren’t too large, to where the teachers can’t offer the individuals the help they need. All of the teachers that I have encountered are very tentative to the children. They also care about the kids as if they were their own. This school has helped my daughter grow both education wise and with her manners as well. They help shine positivity into our children and keep them focused on all that they can achieve in life.

Mark Murray works with the community around them. A lot of trips and places visited are right here in Detroit. I love the fact that this school is clean and all the people you encounter are filled with great attitudes and smiles. Mark Murray helps you in any way possible if you are struggling or in need of any type of outside services to help you and your scholar. This school is understanding and as a single parent, sometimes that’s all we need.
Education really shouldn’t come with a price. If a parent wants a better education for their child then they should be allowed just that. A child shouldn’t have to suffer education wise based on a person’s income. Learning is the want and desire of the person, not the amount of funds you have in your pocket.
Mark Murray is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone in the Detroit area looking for a great school for their children.
