My name is Carolyn Burger and I became an educator because I love children! I cannot imagine myself having a job that did not involve interaction with kids. To come alongside the parents in raising their child in the way he/she should go is so rewarding. Creating that partnership is very valuable to both child and educator.
I love my school for its Godly, loving family atmosphere. It is very special. Our family consists of the students, staff, parents, and the extended family of both the students and staff. There is so much more than education involved at First Southern. We teach Christian values and life skills. We want the children to grow up to be respectful and responsible. I love how everyone goes above and beyond to help each child and family. Each staff member loves the Lord and children with all their hearts.
