School choice has given my son the opportunity to get speech therapy and ABA therapy, which has made a huge difference in our lives. The progress is small but steady. I am able to peruse services that I know will benefit my son without having to worry about funds being an issue. My son shouldn’t have to be left behind because we don’t have the funds to acquire necessities. He’s going to grow up knowing that opportunities are out there for him, no matter his disability, because he’s getting the support he needs at a young age.
Families know what’s best for their children. Parents know what they want to instill into their children. I want to push my children beyond the public school system standards. Safety is also a huge concern. Being able to chose the right school for our children will help parents ensure they safety of our kids, whether it be from bullying or anything else.
