Mi hijo de cinco años empezara kindergarten y la niña de nueve años al 4to grado.
El sistema educacional que la escuelas Magnet utilizan es más exigente y por eso me gusta.
Se enfocan en la enseñanza lo cual hace que los alumnos sean mas responsables; mi hija estaba atrasada para para el sistema educacional que ellos utilizan. Ya que nos vinimos de California Las Vegas en noviembre del 2019. Cuando llego acá perdió dos semanas en lo que estábamos buscando una escuela y luego con la pandemia se cerraron las escuelas.

Because of the timing of when we moved to Las Vegas, my daughter lost two weeks while we were looking for a school, and then with the pandemic, the schools were closed.
I am happy that my children can attend a Magnet school because, despite the difficulties we had with the pandemic, I find their system is more effective and will help my children more.
As a mother, I want my children to have the best education to be able to achieve all their goals and to be people with a profession which will enable them to have a better future. That is why I believe that we should always have the right to choose the best school option for our children.
